Keeping Track of Your Health

This free website has a great service: It is possible to log everything I eat, and my exercise. It determines the calorie intake and the calorie use via life style and activities. Also, it gives me feedback about vitamins and minerals, if I get enough. There are other options, like a diary, tracking the mood, defining and following a weight goal and measurements. The online version is free, the at home version is reasonable, with some extra features. It is a great way to get an idea where the pitfalls are in terms of calories (I had no idea a biscuit with gravy has 500 calories!)
