Sabine: Growing up in the movie „The Sound of Music“ landscape in Austria, all there really was to do throughout my childhood was to bond with nature and to read. College brought me to Austria´s metropolis Vienna and marriage to Southern California´s forever sunny San Diego. Along the way I got introduced to and searched for many different approaches to life, health and the balance with work. I thank my teachers on the way, all doing a wonderful job in their field. I tried their ways and put things to the test. I have learned that only what I experience to be working can be sustained in a busy and full lifestyle and gets me closer to my goals. Reframing beliefs, emotions, nutrition, quality products, staying fit; in short: nurturing my soul and mind, as well as my body AND experiencing it with all my senses, feeling the joy, the fun, the connection to others and to my source of inspiration. My bottom line is to feel alive, energetic, amazed. Here is my contribution to pass it on. Please try what you please and take what works for you, leave the rest. ENJOY!
